Sunnyside is the vineyard farmed organically by Clo in Tumbarumba. It's one of the oldest vineyards in the region and was planted in 1987 to Pinot Noir. The soils are typical basalts of the region and the vineyard sits at an altitude of 650m asl. 

The 2023 Sunnyside wine was inspired by the Coteaux Champenois Blanc wines of Champagne. Direct pressed Pinot Noir and fermented and aged in old barrels to produce a white wine reminiscent of Champagne without the bubbles. It's both savoury and pretty, with its secondary autolysis characters and Pinot Noir perfumes. The palate is medium bodied yet held together by striking acidity and textural minerality.
