Wine Shipping and Delivery Information

At Clo Wines, we take great care to ensure that your wine is delivered safely and promptly. Below is an overview of our shipping and delivery policies:

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We use a range of carriers to get your wine to you in a safe and timely manner. These carriers will vary depending on your location and you will be notified of your carrier once we ship your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen carrier. All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.

Please expect delivery delays in busier times and around public holidays, especially in December.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout

Age Verification:

As per Australian law, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine. Upon delivery, the carrier will require a signature from the customer who placed the order with a valid photo ID.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping (Weather Holds):

We care about the quality of your wine so we take every measure to ship with the most efficient and careful carrier. When possible we ship with temperature controlled carriers. During extreme weather conditions, we may place your order on hold to ensure safe delivery. You will be notified if your shipment is delayed due to weather conditions.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping for wine. Our delivery services are available only within Australia.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 24 hours after processing before your order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your wine is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order through the carrier’s website or your account on our website.
