Pretty, perfumed and pink

Oxygen… it can be the hero or the villain in winemaking. Here, it’s definitely the hero and it's beautiful. Oxygen is a key component to this wine and also features in the aromatic ring of rose water, a defining character of this wine.

The 2023 Oxygen is a Rose made up of two equal components - 2022 Muscat of Hamburg fermented on skins for 7 days and aged in barrel for 30 months., and 2023 Pinot Gris direct pressed and fermented naturally in barrel for 18 months. The wine is then blended during this time, then bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulfur addition.

Radiant pink in colour. The Oxygen is a dry, aromatic, Rose with mid-palate weight and a fresh, crunchy texture. Rose water and exotic spice emit from the glass and build over the palate. Best served with asian cuisine, pork dishes or on its own in the sunshine.
