Mountain View is next door to Glenburnie, yet it is quite a different vineyard. This relatively flat, yet high altitude, vineyard is planted on granite. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc are exquisite here. The fruit has a real presence and typicity in the wines they make. The grapes here are characterised by a tighter and fresher palate compared to Glenburnie. Grown by the Johansen’s.
